1. Advisory & Diagnostic Services

All inputs, simulations, and initial diagnostic reports generated through our "Find Your Fifth Driver" intake flow are provided for informational and preliminary diagnostic purposes. They do not constitute binding engineering, financial, legal, or management consultancy audits. Formal consulting engagements require a separate signed Statement of Work (SOW).

2. Data Accuracy & User Input

When using our diagnostic forms, you agree to provide truthful and accurate information regarding your operational metrics. We rely entirely on the accuracy of your inputs to generate our initial advisory hypotheses. We reserve the right to delete mock submissions that contain offensive, malicious, or spam content.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise stated, all intellectual property in the website design, text layout, diagnostic framework concept ("The Silo Blame Game vs. The Fifth Driver"), software scripts, and custom SVG illustrations is owned by Fifth Driver Advisory. You are granted a limited license to share these graphics inside your organization to assess our services, but you may not copy or resell our trademarked methodology structures for commercial consultancy.

4. Limitation of Liability

Fifth Driver Advisory, its principal partners, and operations coordinators shall not be held liable for any decisions, operational changes, or system modifications you make based on recommendations from our free preliminary diagnostics. All strategic adjustments you implement remain your internal executive responsibility.
